Title: Alaska Octopus Gumbo

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cDiced bacon
2cWater
1ptFresh octopus, steamed until tender
2cSlightly undercooked steamed rice
1lbCanned tomatoes
1 Can okra
1/2cDiced onions
1 Diced green pepper
1/4tsCayenne
1/2cDiced celery
1 Salt and pepper to taste
